At MAGIC STUDIO 2000, payment methods are presented so that the customer can see the available payment options, the total order price and any related costs before placing the order.
Online payments
Online card payments and selected other online payment methods are processed through the Comgate payment gateway. During the standard payment process, the customer enters card details or details for the selected payment method directly in the secured environment of the payment gateway or payment service provider. MAGIC STUDIO 2000 does not store full payment card details.
Communication with the shop and the payment gateway uses a secured connection. Card payments may require additional verification, for example through 3D Secure or another form of strong customer authentication according to the rules of the payment service provider and the card issuer.
Available payment methods
Payment options may vary depending on the delivery country, order currency, order value and the current availability of payment service providers. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, available methods may include card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal, Revolut, cash payment on personal collection and other methods offered by the payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available for deliveries to other countries.
Instalment payment or deferred payment may be offered only if available for the particular order in the payment gateway and if the customer meets the conditions of the relevant provider. These services may be limited mainly to the Czech Republic.
Fees and payment completion
Any fees related to a specific payment method are shown to the customer before the order is placed. The order is accepted after it is submitted in the shop; for online payments or bank transfers, goods may be dispatched only after the payment has been successfully credited or confirmed, unless stated otherwise for the particular order.
Refunds
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, an accepted complaint or another situation where the customer is entitled to a refund, we usually refund the payment using the same method by which it was received, unless agreed otherwise with the customer.
