This notice explains how MAGIC STUDIO 2000 processes personal data of customers and visitors of the online store www.magicstudio2000.com.

2. Data we process
We process mainly identification and contact details, billing and delivery details, order, payment and shipping information, customer communication, complaints, withdrawals from contract and technical data related to the use of the online store.
Payment data is also processed by the relevant payment service providers. MAGIC STUDIO 2000 does not store full payment card details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data mainly to handle orders, conclude and perform purchase contracts, deliver goods, process payments, manage customer accounts, communicate with customers, handle complaints and withdrawals, meet accounting and tax obligations, protect legal claims, ensure the security of the online store and send commercial communications where permitted by law.
The legal basis is mainly performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in protecting rights and operating the online store, and in some cases consent, for example for optional marketing or analytics cookies if used.
4. Recipients
Personal data may be disclosed, to the necessary extent, to carriers, payment service providers, the online store platform operator, hosting and IT service providers, accounting and tax advisers, public authorities where required by law and other persons providing services necessary for the operation of the online store.
5. Retention period
We keep personal data for the time necessary to process the order and perform the contract. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by law. Data needed to protect legal claims may be retained for the relevant limitation periods. Data processed on the basis of consent is processed until consent is withdrawn or for the period stated when consent was given.
6. Data subject rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Security and transfers outside the EU
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area in connection with the services used, this is done only under the conditions set out by the GDPR, in particular on the basis of appropriate safeguards.
