Display a metal sword and a spoon. Pierce the spoon with the sword, showing that it passes through the assistant's throat exactly at the center. Attach the spoon to the assistants neck and stab her with the sword through the throat. The sword will pierce through to the other side. Upon removing the sword, the assistant remains unharmed.
