Xiao Shuai is a well-known cartoonist, designer, and magician in China, best known for his magic-themed comic strip MAGICIAN NO.2. His Surprise Series Deck has also gained significant recognition in the magic community.

Now, he has teamed up with Bacon Playing Card Company (BPCC) to create The Milk Casino Deck. This deck retains the classic elements of the Surprise Deck while incorporating BPCC's signature vintage aesthetics.
