Carat XLE2 Deck Case

CARAT XLE2 DOUBLE DECK CASE

The Carat XLE2 Double Deck Case is made of clear 5mm archival quality acrylic to allow for unobstructed views of your favorite deck from all sides while safely protecting it from potential damage or harm.

The Carat XLE2 Double Deck Case has the same front profile as a Carat X2 case (7.9 x 10.4cm), but has a wider side profile (an additional 4mm) to allow for displaying decks with thickness of up to 26mm (or a little more than 1 inch) as well as decks together with dealer coins/coin guards that don't fit in a Carat X2.

Some of the thicker decks that can be stored in the Carat XLE2 include the Grotesk series limited decks by Lotrek of Oath Playing Cards and the Room One Accordion Tucks (i.e. Godzilla and King Kong).

Like all other acrylic Carat Cases, the lid is attached by 4 neodymium magnet pairs, which are 10 times stronger than regular magnets, for a secure attachment while still allowing for easy access to the deck inside. The case edges and corners are buffed smooth for a more elegant look and feel and 4 rubber pads with adhesive that can be attached to the bottom of the case are included to prevent scratching of the case or the surface it is on.

The case also comes with some inserts to allow you to some flexibility in setting up your display as well as help fill in extra space. There are two (2) 3mm inserts and one (1) 5mm insert with dimensions 9.35 x 2.45, one (1) 5mm insert with dimensions 9.35 x 2.0 to use as a divider when using the Carat CI2 coin insert and one (1) 1mm insert with dimensions 13.8 x 9.3cm used to fill in extra space if necessary.
