A glass board with color-changing lights and switches. Spectators see the wiring, but only the magician can control the lights.
The Magic Switchboard 2000 is a captivating illusion where spectators view a glass board featuring colored light bulbs and switches. The board is transparent, allowing viewers to see all the wires connecting the bulbs to the switches. Each switch has a color-coded label matching its corresponding bulb: a green switch turns on a green bulb, a red switch turns on a red bulb, and so forth. When spectators swap bulbs or switch labels, the switches will light up bulbs of different colors, except for the magician's control. The magician can at any time ensure that each switch lights the bulb of its designated color, even if it is labeled with multiple colors. Unplugged bulbs remain dark unless commanded by the magician.
