A painted elf will guess the audience's chosen card and pull it out of his hat.
The magician displays a set of cards where the back side features a stage. An elf wearing a hat is shown on these cards. The audience member selects any card. The magician then flips through the deck, causing the elf to come alive. The audience watches as he reaches into his hat and pulls out exactly the card that was chosen by the spectator.
