The 2 Queens are kept to one side, and with 2 Queens you very visually find the spectator's card.

Now well, what we're the other Queens for.

You spread the other Queens , and they somehow have 3 cards in between them, that is a part of 4 of a kind, of spectator's chosen card.

The 4 Queens sandwich the 3 cards between them.
