Oryginalny opis angielski

A Hometown Hero, A Global Titan

Born and raised in the ever-hustling Tiger City of Mandaluyong, Philippines, Quiccs began his creative journey with oil painting and poster-making contests before evolving into a multidisciplinary artist. His work spans graphic design, graffiti, murals, and collectible toys. From illustrating children's books to co-founding a design studio, he transformed his lifelong passions, including Japanese mecha, hip-hop, and street art, into a signature style that resonates worldwide. His murals have blazed across walls from Manila to New York, including cities like Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Mongolia, Mexico, and Hawaii. Through TEQ63 and his Bulletpunk Universe, Quiccs has placed the Philippines on the global designer toy map, earning his place as both a hometown hero and a titan of the art toy world.

The Spark of a Scene, The Rise of a Legacy

From a room artist to a global icon, Quiccs has collaborated with some of the world's most recognizable brands, including adidas, Jollibee, Johnnie Walker, Hasbro, Sanrio, Secretlab, Topps, and Foot Locker. These partnerships brought his Bulletpunk vision to platforms once unimaginable for a Filipino toy designer, blending street art with mainstream culture and elevating the visibility of the local scene.

But Quiccs didn't just rise with the movement. He helped ignite it. His work has been featured by top media outlets such as Esquire, Spot.ph, Rappler, GMA News, ABS-CBN, and IGN Southeast Asia, putting what was once a niche underground art form into the spotlight.

This cultural shift inspired a new wave of Filipino toy designers, many of whom credit Quiccs as the reason they picked up a pen, brush, or sculpting tool. What began as a personal pursuit has grown into a legacy that continues to shape and empower creators in the Philippines and beyond.

Built for the Fans, A Nod to the First TEQ

The OG Black Edition comes housed in a tuck box with an air-cushion texture for a premium tactile feel, paying tribute to the original TEQ63 colorway, the very look that launched Quiccs' Bulletpunk Universe and started it all. Finished with bold gold accents, the box features subtle but deliberate details crafted for longtime collectors, from the "63" nod to the Philippines to the trio of dots that echo the markings on many of Quiccs' custom toys.

The back of the tuck features the actual card back design of the OG Black version, a symmetrical close-up of TEQ63, fully loaded with mechanical detailing and framed like a blueprint pulled straight from the Bulletpunk Universe. It's not just packaging. It's a tribute to where everything began.

Icons Reimagined, Courts Reborn

With over 50,000 art toys sold worldwide, Quiccs' characters have become icons in the designer toy scene. This deck pays tribute to the Bulletpunk Universe by translating its most recognizable figures into a traditional playing card format. The result is a blend of familiar structure and a bold new style, where classic court cards meet mecha-street energy.

For the OG Black version, the Jack, Queen, and King cards feature TEQ63, Mariko, and Ghost of Kurosawa in four of their most beloved colorways: OG Black, OG Blue, OG Red, and Manila Killa. Each suit is a celebration of Quiccs' legacy, delivered through the timeless form of playing cards.

Built From the Ground Up, Inside and Out

The numbered cards feature fully custom artwork, with each suit re-imagined in a mechanical style that fits seamlessly into the Bulletpunk Universe. These designs were built from scratch, incorporating elements that reflect Quiccs' signature aesthetic.

A special highlight lies in the six and three of each suit. When placed side by side, they form a connected artwork featuring TEQ63, Mariko, Ghost of Kurosawa, and a rare appearance by Zeta. This layout is a tribute to "63," a number that has become Quiccs' signature and a proud nod to the Philippines.

The jokers feature Ravager, a corrupted clone of TEQ63 and one of the darker figures in the Bulletpunk roster. Meanwhile, the two extra cards form a complete piece of original artwork. It's a connected graffiti-style graphic designed by Quiccs himself, bringing his street roots directly into the deck.
