V této sestavě je tolik zabijáckých sekcí, že je to nespravedlivé! Existují dvě hlavní možnosti provedení.

Varianta 1 - Ukáže se obyčejný balíček karet... na první pohled vypadá obyčejně, ale pak je upozorníte na to, že v rohu celého balíčku je vyražená díra, takže když se drží čtverečkovaně, díry se zarovnají, diváci si mohou prohlédnout celý balíček. Zamícháte balíček a oni vás zastaví uprostřed míchání, abyste si vybrali kartu, na kterou se podívají jen oni. Díra v rohu jimi vybrané karty je zkontrolována, zda je pravá. Svou kartu vrátí zpět do balíčku, kam chtějí, a dokonce balíček rozstříhají, takže nikdo neví, kde je jejich karta.

Zkoumá se tkanička, která se provlékne otvory v balíčku, takže balíček je zavěšen na tkaničce. Balíčkem se jemně zatřese a jedna karta se přes tkaničku rozplyne v čekající ruce. Poté odtrhnete roh karty. Tento roh pak z vaší ruky zcela zmizí. Zeptáte se, zda vědí, kdo je patronem kouzelníků? Je to svatý David... Svatý David Blaine! Řeknete, že nosíte jeho talisman, a čistě ukážete, že kolem krku máte černou koženou šňůrku a na ní je zavěšen chybějící roh jejich vybrané karty! Čistě sundáte šňůrku z krku a oni odstraní roh a ten odpovídá. Poté gestem ukážete na díru v utrženém rohu, oni díru potřou a ta poté zmizí, a přesto utržený roh stále odpovídá jejich kartě!

Možnost 2 - Balíček se ukáže jako předtím, ale vyberou se dvě karty, které se prozkoumají a ztratí se v balíčku. Šňůrka se prozkoumá a stejně jako předtím se první karta rozplyne, tentokrát se však druhá karta pokusí rozplynout stejně jako první, tentokrát se však celá druhá vybraná karta obtočí kolem šňůrky na krku!

Jak jsem se již zmínil, v této sestavě se odehrává tolik kouzelných okamžiků, a navíc je to tak zábavné!

Lucky Charm - Luck isn't required... this is a guaranteed winner!

There are so many killer sections to this routine it's unfair! There are two main performance options.

Option 1 - A usual deck of cards is shown... it appears regular at first glance but then your draw their attention to the fact that there is a hole punched into the corner of the entire deck, so when held square, the holes line up the audience can look through the whole deck. You shuffle the deck, and they stop you mid shuffle to select a card, which only they look at. The hole is the corner of their selected card is checked to be Genuine. They return their card back into the deck wherever they want and they even cut the deck so, nobody knows where their card is.

A shoelace is examined and threaded through the holes in the deck, so the deck is suspended by the shoelace. The deck is gently shaken, and one card melts through the shoelace into your waiting hand. You then tear off a corner of the card. This corner then totally disappears from your hand. You ask if they know who the patron saint of magicians is? It's Saint David... Saint David Blaine! You say you are wearing his lucky charm and cleanly show that around your neck is a black leather cord and suspended from it is the missing corner of their selected card! You cleanly remove the cord from your neck and they remove the corner, and it matches. You then gesture to the hole in the torn corner, they rub the hole, and the hole then disappears, and yet the torn corner still matches their card!

Option 2 - The deck is shown as before, but Two cards are chosen, examined and lost in the deck. The shoelace is examined and like before the first card melts off, but this time the second card attempts to melt off like the first, but this time the whole second chosen card is around the cord around your neck!

As I mentioned there are so many magical moments that happen in this routine, plus it's so much fun!
