Twelve cards are taken from the deck and mixed. The spectator chooses one card and it turns out to be the only red card -- all of the other cards are black! But wait! What if she had chosen a black card instead? With a black card on the table, you gather the rest and immediately show that she has the only black card and that, now, all the cards in your hand are red! You gather them up again and show that they are now an even spread of alternating black and red cards!
