That Flippin' Contest: Pěkné pokračování efektu The Third Attribute. Verze klasického efektu „Sloppy Triumph“ přidává prvek uvolněné komedie.

Pasteboard Tango: Zamíchaný balíček se rozřízne na polovinu a pomocník si ponechá jednu polovinu. K hrající hudbě náhodně odloží 5 nebo 6 karet. Vy děláte totéž. Náhodné karty se shodují!

52!: Toto číslo představuje počet způsobů, jak lze uspořádat celý balíček 52 karet (více způsobů, než je počet hvězd ve známém vesmíru). Divák poté učiní několik rozhodnutí na základě vybraných karet, které ji nakonec přivedou ke konečnému výběru. Navzdory ohromným šancím jste tento výběr předpověděli.

Rutin (ne)obvyklých podezřelých: „Volání karet“ je mnoho, a přestože zde popsaná metoda je stará jako kopce, tento efekt, kdy pojmenováváte karty vybrané pěti dobrovolníky, je čerstvý jako zítřejší zprávy.

Occupation Hazard: Trochu černé komedie v této rutině, která nepoužívá hrací karty, ale karty, na které jste napsali názvy povolání, které nikdo nikdy nechce. Rutina je koncipována jako zkouška způsobilosti k zaměstnání a váš asistent nějak dokáže vybrat práci, která nezahrnuje nic hrozného!!

Čelit svým obavám: Steinmeyer se setkává s Freudem. Váš divák si prohlédne 25 karet se seznamem běžných fobií. Najdou věc, která je nejvíc děsí. Po úplném zamíchání strachů vyhláskují název dvou fobií (které mohou, ale nemusí být jejich) – ale nakonec dostanou jedinou kartu, která jejich fobii správně pojmenuje. Všechny fobie jsou různé a hláskují s různým počtem písmen. Psychologicky ohromující (a jistě znepokojující!!).

The Wry Detector: Toto je můj pohled na klasickou rutinu „detektoru lži“. Vybere se karta a váš dobrovolník se může rozhodnout lhát nebo říkat pravdu o třech atributech výběru. Máte však malou vychytávku, která vám nejen pomůže správně identifikovat „skutečný“ výběr, ale také způsobí, že se karta „nalhaná“ v nepoužitém balíčku otočí!

Neoznačené karty: Jeden z mých oblíbených otvíráků. Divák si na prázdnou kartu lízne libovolnou kartu. Najednou se prázdný balíček, ze kterého byla karta původně odebrána, zcela vytiskne a mezi kartu stejné barvy a stejné hodnoty leží divákova vlastnoručně nakreslená karta.

Moje oblíbené věci: Ukážete výběr mincí a váš pomocník si je prohlédne a poté vybere libovolnou. Podobně si vybere hrací kartu a podepíše její líc. Proč je mince vaše „oblíbená“? Po otočení nyní nese mini verzi vybrané karty... spolu s podpisem diváka!

Moje přání k narozeninám: Samostatně fungující pohled na klasický „efekt deníku“, který je mnohem osobnější. A vtipný!

Navíc část o skvělých jemnostech a „pro-tipech“ a několik mých oblíbených pohybů bez pohybu!

The Third Attribute: A thought-of card effect that seems like real mind-reading. Did I mention you need not touch the cards?

That Flippin' Contest: A nice follow-up to The Third Attribute effect. A version of the classic "Sloppy Triumph" effect adds an element of relaxed comedy.

The Pasteboard Tango: A shuffled deck is cut in half and the helper keeps either half. He randomly sets aside 5 or 6 cards in time to the playing music. You do the same. The random cards match!

52!: This number represents the number of ways a full deck of 52 cards can be organized (more ways than the number of stars in the known universe). The spectator then makes several decisions based upon cards selected which ultimately leads her to a final selection. Despite the enormity of the odds, you have predicted this selection.

The (Un)Usual Suspects: "Card calling" routines are numerous and while the method described here is as old as the hills, this effect, where you name the cards selected by five volunteers, is as fresh as tomorrow's news.

Occupation Hazard: A bit of black comedy in this routine that uses not playing cards, but cards on which you've written names of occupations that nobody ever wants. The routine is framed as an employment aptitude test, and your assistant somehow manages to select the job that doesn't involve anything grisly!!

Face Your Fears: Steinmeyer meets Freud. Your spectator looks through 25 cards which list common phobias. They find the thing that frightens them the most. After a complete shuffle of fears, they spell out the name of two phobias (which may or may not be theirs) -- but in the end, they wind up with the one card that correctly names their phobia. All the phobias are different and spell with different numbers of letters. Psychologically astounding (and assuredly upsetting!!).

You have a little gadget, though, that not only helps you correctly identify the "real" selection, but causes the "lied-about" card to turn over in an unused deck!

Unmarked Cards: One of my favorite openers. A spectator draws any card thought-of on a blank card. Suddenly the blank deck from which the card was originally taken becomes fully printed and the spectator's hand-drawn card lays between card with the same suit and same value.

My Favorite Things: You show a selection of coins and your helper examines then selects any one. Similarly, she selects a playing card and signs its face. Why is the coin your "favorite"? When turned over, it now bears a mini version of the selected card... along with the spectator's signature!

My Birthday Card: A self-working take on the classic "diary effect" made much more personal. And funny!
