Der Trick Cups & Balls wurde hauptsächlich von orientalischen Straßenzaubern ausgeführt. Von ihnen wurde die Kunst dann an die Ägypter weitergegeben. Diese fähigen Künstler konnten manchmal in Ländern wie Indien, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Japan, Sumatra, Griechenland und Rom zu sehen sein.

In seinem Buch "Cups and Balls Magic" schreibt Henry Ridgely Evans: „Die Römer nannten solche Zauberkünstler 'acetabularri', von dem lateinischen Wort 'acetabulum' für Kupferteller.

Cups and balls is probably the oldest magic trick that we have come to know. Drawing of conjurers performing this classic is found inside of the pyramids which proves that it was performed thousands of years ago...

Cups & Balls was mainly performed by the oriental street conjurers. From them the art was then taught to the Egyptians. These skillful artist could still be seen in countries like: India, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Japan, Sumatra, Greece and Rome.

In the Cups and Balls Magic by Tom Osborne, Henry Ridgely Evans writes "The Romans called such performers "acetabularri", from the Latin word "acetabulum" which means cup.

This Version of Cups and Balls called Vampire Cups & Balls. It has a glossy black finish to convey the impression of Vampire, The Greatest Evil of all time. Or start with the story of the Black Hole in space, where everything disappears and reappears in another location...with this you then produce your cups and begin the routine.
