To help with remembering your audience's names, you hand out "Hello, My Name is..." stickers. You ask a participant to select a card, and it instantly vanishes from the pack. It's not gone for long, as you then reveal that it is printed on the back of the nametag that they've been wearing since before the trick started! "The Trick With a Name" has no sleight of hand and is almost self working.
